KR Youth Academy is the realisation of a long-term vision that began after my retirement from football at the age of 35. My goal was to create an environment where young people could develop essential life skills, confidence and values through sport.

With over a decade of experience in youth development, I have cultivated a space where children as young as 4 can embark on their football journey, progressing all the way to graduation from our full-time professional education academies, and onto university and careers worldwide.

We are committed to offering premium services at every stage of a young person’s life. I understand how young people learn, grow, and develop, and my mission is to provide them with the best possible opportunity to thrive in a dynamic, supportive environment.

At KR Youth Academy, we recognise that players evolve and Develop at different stages of their careers. Our team provides the expertise, guidance, and resources necessary for each individual to reach their full potential.

In addition, I am proud to have created job opportunities for young students / Footballers and individuals in South Bedfordshire through our coaching network and Educational & qualification programs.

The Academy is in a strong and growing position, with much more to look forward to in the near future.

Career

Kevin Randall is a highly experienced football coach and former professional/semi-professional player, with a career spanning several notable clubs. Having developed his skills at the Chelsea Academy, where he competed against players such as Rio Ferdinand and Frank Lampard, Kevin went on to play for clubs at Senior level including Barnet FC, St Albans FC, Northwood FC, Yeading FC, Hemel Hempstead FC, Biggleswade Town FC, and Barton Rovers FC. Over the course of his senior playing career, he accumulated over 350 appearances Winning league titles and league cups before retiring at the age of 35.

A UEFA A Licence holder with an FA Youth Award, Kevin transitioned into coaching after his retirement, demonstrating a strong ability to develop talent. Over the past decade, he has mentored 10 players who have gone on to play professionally in the Premier League, Championship, EFL, and National League, as well as at Step 2, 3, and 4 clubs in the UK , Europe and the USA.

Kevin's extensive network of contacts across the UK, including connections with Champions League and Premier League clubs, EFL clubs, and semi-professional teams, as well as his international links in Europe, the USA, and the Middle East, provides valuable opportunities for players and teams. His well-established relationships within the Global football community are further bolstered by the influence of his father, a respected Senior Premier League and EFL 1st team scout.
